We are looking for a Product Designer to work on the expansion of the VMS (Video Management System) web and mobile platform in the area of ​​Smart City applications.

What You’ll Do

  • Design user-friendly, visually engaging interfaces for web and/or mobile products,
  • Collaborate with the team across all stages of the design process,
  • Turn complex problems into modern, elegant, user-centered solutions,
  • Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma,
  • Contribute to and maintain our design system and visual brand,
  • Conduct user research and usability tests to validate ideas and improve user experience.
  • Present your work clearly and explain your design decisions to stakeholders

What We're Lopoking For

  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI, or product design,
  • UX Fundamentals:
    • User Research: Experience planning and conducting user research (e.g., interviews, surveys, usability testing) and synthesizing findings into actionable insights.
    • Information Architecture (IA): Ability to structure and organize content logically through user flows, sitemaps, and navigation systems.
    • Wireframing & Prototyping: Skill in creating everything from low-fidelity sketches and wireframes to high-fidelity, interactive prototypes.
  • UI Fundamentals
    • Visual Design: Strong grasp of visual design principles, including typography, color theory, layout, iconography, and visual hierarchy.
    • Interaction Design: Understanding of how users interact with elements, including micro-interactions, animations, and transitions.
    • Responsive Design: Ability to design seamless experiences across various devices and screen sizes (web, mobile, tablet)
  • Design Systems:
    • Experience using and contributing to an established design system to ensure consistency and scalability.
    • Experience building or leading the development of a design system.
  • Accessibility:
    • Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices (e.g., WCAG guidelines - AA level) to create inclusive and usable products for everyone.
    • Data Analysis: Ability to interpret quantitative data (e.g., from analytics tools) to inform design decisions.
  • Communication:
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Polish (C1+)
    • Strong presentation and storytelling skills to effectively convey ideas and build consensus.
  • Collaboration:
    • Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team, partnering closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Researchers, and other stakeholders.
    • Experience in giving and receiving constructive feedback.
  • AI Literacy: Familiarity with how AI can be leveraged in design tools and user experiences.

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with design systems like Tailwind CSS, Material UI, Fluent Design,
  • Experience working with Sketch,
  • Experience leading design sprints, brainstorming sessions, or other collaborative workshops.
  • Familiarity with user research and usability testing methods,
  • Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML/CSS/JavaScript).
